MINISTRY OF INTERIOR, TURKEY, Country of Origin Information System

Sigma Consultancy started an EU-funded Country of Origin Information System Project which aims to establish information systems infrastructure and applications for the future Country of Origin Unit of Turkey under Ministry of Interior.

Sigma Consultancy will be optimising and automating the Country of Origin processes, building an integrated platform for BPM, ECM, SOA Governance and Interoperability. The Solution will be compliant with the Interoperability Standards announced by the Prime Minister’s Office.
ZİRAAT BANK Centralized Asset and Spend Management

Turkey’s largest bank Ziraat Bank chose Sigma Consultancy’s solution, Fidelity Enterprise, for central management of its assets and monitoring of its expenses corporatewide. Ziraat Bank has 35 Headquarter Departments, 24 Regional Management offices, 1.380 branches and 22.000 employees.

The Solution will enable Ziraat Bank to execute Budget Management, Purchasing Management, Demand Management, Spend Management, Service Management, and Real Estate and Construciton Management on the same platform with advanced reporting capabilities.
TURKISH LEASING Lease Management Solution

Turkish Leasing has successfully implemented Sigma Consultancy’s solution for lease management, LeaseFlex. LeaseFlex has enabled Turkish Leasing to automate the full lifecycle of its leasing operations from pricing to contracts and purchasing to accounting. LeaseFlex is an integrated platform for execution, management, and monitoring of lessor processes. Leaseflex is fully compliant with BASEL II and CoBIT Requirements.
ISTANBUL METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY Business Process and Content Management

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality is using Sigma Consultancy’s BPM and ECM solution for automation of its internal and external processes. The Project is the first, unique solution in the Turkish public sector providing a completely automated, secure, and open platform that automates all current working processes and document processing activities. The Solution also provides flexible means to change these processes or add new processes without further development costs.

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality is using the Solution with 20 headquarters, 80 divisions and 5.000 employees.
GARANTİ BANK Real Estate and Construction Management

Garanti Bank has automated the full lifecycle of its real estate and construction processes using the Fidelity Enterprise platform, achieving a significant increase in operational productivity as well as extensive reporting and analysis capability. The Solution allows for detailed tracking of the asset portfolio, tax calculations, warranty periods and rental and leasing contracts. All parties involved in the construction processes can collaborate on the System, increasing efficiency and quality of contruction processes.

Fortis Bank Business Management Solution for Lending Processes

Fortis Bank Turkey has successfully implemented Sigma Consultancy’s BPM Solution for Management of Lending processes. The Solution enabled Fortis Bank to fully automate its corporate business processes and to create a competitive advantage in the market with an increase in the quality and speed of its lending processes. The Solution is used throughout the bank, enables electronic execution, management, measurement and online monitoring/reporting of core banking processes, and provides a substantial increase in efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

Fortis Bank Turkey Business Management Solution for Call Center Processes

Fortis Turkey partnered with Sigma Consultancy to create a new, dynamic platform for Call Center Management to centrally manage customer-related issues and problems reported to Fortis Turkey. The Solution automates the full lifecycle of the customer inquiries reported through a variety of channels including the Internet, Call Center, and Branches.

New call center processes can be easily added to the system without the need for any IT support. Call Center Management teams can now track the performance levels and monitor the KPIs online.

Yapı Kredi Bank Budget-Controlled Spend Management

Yapi Kredi Bank partnered with Sigma Consultancy to build a centralized management platform for automation of its Spend Management processes with advanced budget control capabilities.

The Solution is comprised of Budget Management, Purchasing Management, Demand Management, Asset Management and Real Estate Management Modules. The Solution enabled Yapi Kredi Bank to establish cost-effective management standards, to increase corporate efficiency and online monitoring of budgeted versus realized costs for different business units across the enterprise.

Yapi Kredi Bank is Turkey’s first privately-owned bank with a nationwide presence and also the fourth largest private bank as of June 2008. Yapı Kredi controls one of the most extensive branch and alternative delivery channel networks in the Turkish banking sector with 791 branches and a nationwide network of 2,220 ATMs.
VakifBank Enterprise Asset and Finance Management

One of the leading multi-specialist banks in Turkey, VakıfBank chose Sigma Consultancy to build an enterprise solution for Asset and Finance Management. The Project involved more than 20 consultants who collaborated for the design and installation of a centralized Asset Management platform, automating the full lifecycle of the asset portfolio. The Solution enables easy tracking of asset movements through integrated Barcode Automation and Warehouse Management.

VakifBank serves its corporate and individual customers through with 421 branches and 2.100 ATMs, undertaking a leading role in the financing of domestic and foreign trade. VakifBank has two international offices located in New York and Bahrain and also operates in Austria with VakifBank International AG which has branches in Vienna, Cologne, and Frankfurt.
Şeker Bank Enterprise Asset and Finance Management

Şekerbank partnered with Sigma Consultancy for centralized management of its asset portfolio. The Solution provides a robust and scalable Asset Management platform, enabling optimization of the performance of asset and finance processes and reducing operational costs. The Solution also includes Barcode Automation and Warehouse Management and allows for easy calculation and tracking of depreciation schedules for assets for the branches.

Sekerbank is a a major commercial and a retail player in the financial services industry in Turkey, represented by a well distributed branch network and a broad geographical coverage with its more than 50 years of presence.
TURKCELL’s Business Process Management Platform

Turkcell, the leading GSM Operator in Turkey, chose Sigma Consultancy to build an entreprisewide BPM platform for online management of its internal and external processes. The Solution has enabled Turkcell to monitor the efficiency of the corporate processes, pinpoint the bottlenecks and redesign the processes accordingly. Among the processes managed by the Business Process Management Platform are processes for Product and Service Development processes, Subscription Center processes, and Human Resources process.
ABN AMRO Bank Customer Services Management

ABN AMRO Bank Turkey partnered with Sigma Consultancy to implement CRM system to increase the efficiency and quality of its customer service processes. The Solution allows ABN AMRO Bank to monitor its customer service processes and to provide better services to its customers with online access to customer’s data and integration between Front Office and Back Office teams.
